At Luxe Carry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

🔹 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in original condition.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  3. Wait for our confirmation email with instructions for returning the item.

🔹 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🔹 Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another product of equal value, we will process the exchange once the original item is received and approved.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items with missing tags or packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if any)

🌍 International Returns

  • We accept international returns within 7 days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds for international orders may take longer due to shipping and customs processing.
